Structured One to One Career Development Sessions

We start all engagements with a free 20 minute online call.

If it is deemed apt by both parties we progress to a series of one-to-one coaching sessions, via Microsoft Teams to explore your situation.

This crucial dialogue will begin by deeply exploring your career aspirations—your goals, ambitions, and what truly drives you—to establish a clear direction for your professional journey.

We will then help form a plan using Eich Dyn's bespoke planning and tracking tools.

If you need to pivot companies we will engage that element as needed.

Throughout the structured one to one programme we will uncover your motivations within your career.

We will require three sessions (3 x 1 hour) to develop a career plan, including understanding your role within your department and company, your relationships with your boss and peers, your annual performance, objective and standings.

We will then use a structured tool designed by Eich Dyn to create your career development plan.
