Refund and Cancellation Policy

Programme scope, fees and cancellation terms are confirmed before purchase. Prices are disclosed in the Career Diagnosis.

Where a service has already begun, refunds may be limited to the unused portion of the programme, taking into account preparation, delivered sessions, digital access and work already completed.

Rescheduling should be requested as early as possible. Missed sessions, late cancellations and digital-product access may be treated differently depending on the written programme agreement.
